We are pleased to publish Gianluigi  Ruggieri's paper ; it has been appreciated for the peculiarity  and wideness of investigation . Its main topic concerns the Central Asian performing arts, including theatre and dances.The essay is anyway worthwhile for the many informations it gives about historical and political most representative events and cultural traces in Central Asia.
